We received a call from a new client stating that British Gas had condemned their old boiler and couldn't afford their prices for a replacement. A friend of the client had recommended us due to our lower pricing. We arranged to meet the customer to price up the work and the following day sent the client a price which they gladly accepted. Two days later we installed the new boiler, taking only 1 day to complete. Giving the customer their hot water and heating back before the weekend, minimising the hassle for the client. The boiler we installed was an Ideal Logic Vogue which holds a 10 year warranty so the client can rest assured they can rely on their new system for years to come.
